We want our client to be very comfortable and informed throughout the building process.

How much will RhinoSiteDesign.com charge me to build a website?
RhinoSiteDesign.com charges $40/hour and will charge between $500 and $2,000 for web design / web development. We provide an estimate after a needs-analysis and stick to that estimate.
General Pricing for website design and website development: $500-2,000. Video and photography separate.
RhinoSiteDesign.com can provide you with photography and video by working with professional photographer Jeff Caven http://www.resorthotelphotographer.com and professional videographer Paul Lovelady. Jeff and Paul charge their own rates, which are in addition to RhinoSiteDesign.com's rates.

We offer month-to-month SEO services to help you stay high in the search rankings.
Absolutely. RhinoSiteDesign.com uses 100% white-hat SEO techniques to attain high results in search engines. You will choose 1-2, maybe 3 short phrases that you want to market, and we will work to ensure that those phrases end up in your body copy, page titles, links and meta tags. We take care of the technical aspects of SEO and making sure that the search engines know about your site.

What will I, the client, have to do in this process?
You, the client, will be responsible for:
- purchasing hosting (RhinoSiteDesign.com will waive our $150 hosting setup fee if you use our preferred host Ace-Host)
- providing body text for the website (please proof-read, we are not responsible for spelling or grammatical errors)
- You will have be available to review and comment on progress throughout the process
What happens after my website is built?
RhinoSiteDesign.com offers monthly support contracts. These contracts consist of a number of hours of support per month, charged at our normal $40/hour billable in 15 minute increments. If you have a maintenance contract with us, you'll receive priority on support requests over customers who don't have support contracts.
RhinoSiteDesign.com will be around well after your site has gone live. You'll always have access to your data.
RhinoSiteDesign.com has worked with more than a few clients who come to us saying "I can't get a hold of my web guy". We strive to keep our customers comfortable with their website. You will own your own hosting account and domain, which means that you will always have access to all of your content. RhinoSiteDesign.com only does month-to-month contracts, so you don't have to worry about long term. It is our hope that you will stay long term because you feel that you are getting your money's worth...not to avoid some early termination fee.
